    This is a four treatment package to aid in the preparation for birth.  Acupuncture can help soften and dilate your cervix before the start of labour, and makes it more likely you will go into labour on or near your due date.  Or, if you do eventually need medical induction this can aid our body's response.  The best time to begin is four to five weeks before your due date.

    This is a six treatment package to help you in your goal to quit smoking.  It includes a detailed health assesment with two treatments per week for three weeks.
