     I have completed the three year acupuncture program at Grant MacEwan College, earning my diploma in 2006. As a part of this program, I travelled to China and completed a one month internship at the Heze Medical College.  While there, I had the opportunity to tour several hospitals and attend lectures on a variety of subjects. 
     This experience allowed me to gain first hand knowledge of traditional Chinese Medicine in the country where it has been practiced for thousands of years. 
     In addition to my diploma in Acupuncture, I have also completed a four year honours degree in Biology at the University of Saskatchewan.
